Development and production

Everything under one roof.

At REGER Medizintechnik, we combine surgical precision with state-of-the-art manufacturing technology. Across three specialized sites, we develop and produce high-quality products for cancer treatment (PIPAC), electrosurgery, arthroscopy, and spinal endoscopy – many of them patented and setting new standards.

Our manufacturing integrates processes such as turning, milling, injection molding, laser welding, and 3D printing to create innovative solutions for daily surgical use. Decades of experience and deep expertise ensure maximum quality, safety, and effectiveness.

To meet growing demand, we continuously invest in our infrastructure and expand our production facilities for greater capacity and efficiency.

Nebulizer CA 2836832C

Device for the targeted application of a substance into a body cavity, e.g., for therapeutic pneumoperitoneum. Comprises a trocar system with gas connection and a guided nozzle system featuring a lumen and a fixed needle nozzle at the distal end.

2014
BiVac DE102011105404B4

Surgical instrument for electrotomy featuring a rod-shaped electrode holder and a mushroom-shaped active electrode. The electrode holder includes a plastic base body with an integrated electrical lead. A shrink tube seal surrounds the base body to ensure a tight fit of the electrode.

2015
BiVac DE102011016585

Endoscopic or arthroscopic instrument with a handle and two coaxially arranged rod-shaped electrodes. The removable electrode component is inserted axially into the handle and establishes electrical contact via integrated contact elements.

2016
Nebulizer US9511197B2

Surgical device for targeted delivery of substances into body cavities, e.g., for therapeutic pneumoperitoneum. Comprises a trocar system with gas connection and integrated needle nozzle for precise dispersion within hollow organs.

2018
Nebulizer AU2019334039

Medical instrument for the targeted introduction of a substance into a body cavity. The tool features a shaft with a lumen and a nozzle head at the distal end, equipped with at least two nozzles arranged evenly around the central axis at an angle of less than 180°.

2020
Nebulizer DE102018121513

Medical instrument for targeted delivery of substances into body cavities. The tool features a shaft with a nozzle head at the distal end, equipped with at least two evenly spaced nozzles arranged at an angle of less than 180° relative to the central axis.

2020
BiVac EP3471642B1

Surgical instrument for electrotomy with a modular tool design. The tool includes a curved, tubular electrode in a J- or L-shape for efficient tissue suction without deposits. A coaxial arrangement of active and neutral electrodes enables bipolar use. The design facilitates easy cleaning and sterilization.
